Tuition Assistance and Tuition Management (TADS)
The Diocese of Colorado Springs is committed to making a Catholic education affordable for our families. Last year, $500,000 was awarded to families with demonstrated financial need.To assist with financial awards and the tuition payment process each year, the schools in the Diocese of Colorado Springs utilize TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services) for both tuition assistance assessment and tuition management.
TADS Financial Aid Assistance is a financial aid assessment process that ensures our available tuition assistance funds are best used to promote our schools’ objectives and to guarantee that our tuition assistance requirements are met. Tuition assistance is awarded based on recommendations from the TADS financial aid assessments.
To be considered for tuition assistance for the 2016-2017 school year, please complete a profile on TADS prior to April 15, 2016. Profiles completed after that deadline, may still be eligible for some parish-based tuition assistance.
If you are a current family and are struggling to make tuition payments, please contact your school as soon as possible to discuss possible options.
The TADS Tuition Management process is an efficient and flexible system that gives our school control of the collection processes for tuition. TADS performs the service work for the tuition collection. All tuition amounts and fees are managed to include flexible terms based on our schools’ requirements and on individual family needs. Families have access to their tuition information 24/7. In addition, TADS provides remittance of tuition five different times per month.
Tuition payments are consolidated with tuition assistance awards and managed by TADS. Profiles may be set up at www.tuitionaid.com.
Please visit www.tuitionaid.com for profile information.
